Force 12 was born out of the need to arm women with a self defense method that would really work. Without the restrictions of time that is required by other self defense methods, wherein after you learn it you really can’t use it. The added benefit here is there are no restrictions on practice time or place. This art works on both hemispheres of the brain and depending upon time allowed it's also a low intensity aerobic exercise. In this course you will learn how to hit with power; open hand techniques, kicking, footwork, stances and twelve (12) devastating cane/stick attacking methods. Know that you can control the situation because of what you know and not on how you feel.
